•  projects range in deliverables based on PMO roadmap.   Projects include mobile optimization of specific parts of  enterprise software,  developing mobile apps, and adding additional functionality to parts of the enterprise software.

• Projects were run using either waterfall methodology with some that were waterfall as a whole, but used agile methodology by vendor for development.  

• responsible for all stages of the SDLC

•  projects cost/scope were $300,000 and up and included 25 or more people, and  had project team members across multiple departments (8 minimum), as well as third party vendors.

 

GlaxoSmithKline (through TekSystems) 2012-2014

Project Manager

• I was the primary liaison between brand management, legal, regulatory, medical affairs, offshore development, and marketing agencies to develop custom digital marketing solutions for multiple brands across multiple markets.

• I manage 15 to 20 development projects simultaneously across various brands and platforms, including a proprietary java based platform and Adobe CQ (Now known as AEM). Ranging in scope/cost between $40,000 and $450,000.

• I was responsible for creating multiple solutions to help my director with strategic goals and reporting, including SharePoint site updates, extensive excel spreadsheet developing for reporting, and SOP documentation creation for different processes

• I was involved in a major project to expand our PM office to Manila Philippines. I was flown to Manila, where I trained, developed business processes for employees, set up the office network, fixed any computer issues (hardware and software) when necessary, etc.
